...WE are MOVING!

Moving? What? Who? Where?

What is happening here?

My dear readers this is what is happening, I am moving to Spain! Yes I said Spain! Where I am going to live and work (and learn how to speak Spanish) for next 3 months. 

I can even describe You how I feel these days... Happy.. Sad.. Fear... Exciting... It's real fusion of emotion.

This is huge thing for me!

First. It's one amazing job opportunity!

Secondly. OMG! Living in Spain! How AMAZING is that??

Thirdly. Learning to speak Spanish  in Spain! Awesome! 

And that there is that fourth thing that makes me forget about all good things. Going ALONE in Spain. Not knowing anyone there. Being far away from everything I love...

So I can't take with me my sister, my family, my friend, my pets and all those little things that I love but I can bring YOU with ME! So start packing :)) 

Remember when I told you there will be lots of surprise on SB (aka Sladjin Blog) ??? :)))

Oh yes!

So start packing, Spain is waiting for us! :)

Day Of MY Life

Fall has officially begun!

And I promise you lots of surprise will hapened  on my blog :))

But before I start autumn edition on SB (a.k.a. Sladjin Blog) let's remember how amazing this summer was. Do you remember those days when I disappear? Well, this pics were made on one of those days :)

 It was one of those hot summer days that I absolutely adore (especially now).
One of those days when You don't make plans. When life just happens. Nothing special, little things, but it makes you smile.

I spent the whole day with my sister.Coffee with friends, ice cream, shopping...
And let me just say Oh, MY on shopping theme! I can't even describe you how much time I spent in shopping....

and let me tell you something... see this bag.... well it keeps secret... but you will need to stay tuned for that one... :))

Everyone already choose there best/worst dressed Emmy stars. With something I agree with something not so much. But lady who blown ME away is Katie Holmes.
Simple elegant dress, not to much makeup, not too much sparkle, not to much jewelry. Just beautiful her in blue dress.... And damn she shines.

 Some would say ordinary nothing special but to me this is class. See ladies I'm talking about this when I ask what happened with style.
Perfect example that sometimes less is more!  Bravo Katie!

It was one beautiful summer weekend!

Oh, yes I did. :)
I see that all of you ( a.k.a. my blogger gang)  are writing and enjoying in beginning of autumn but I don't feel it yet. I'm still enjoying in sun! And I love it! Sooooo much! :)

This was pretty much a short version of my weekend. Little bit relaxing, then shopping with my friend, then going on baptizing , then I went to my friends (not that friend)  graduation party....
I had so much good time with my friend... indescribable.

That much that I spend ALL Sunday napping! Ah :))

My weekend

"All the crazy shit I did tonight

Those would be the best memories...." perfect description of this weekend! ;)

This is my favorite pic from this weekend :)

But lets go from the start. I know that is September and that  autumn is approaching but it sure doesn't feel like that. I spend all weekend enjoying in summer. And i loved it!

 Even my cat enjoyed in napping at sun.
I'm telling you I don't sense autumn anywhere .

And night was reserved for going out with my girls.

And this is where crazy part starts :)
I can't even describe you have much (crazy) fun we had.
I was laughing all night! And dancing all the time, that later my feet hurt so much... but it was worth it!

We met an amazing guy,(he was here visiting his family, and we bump on each other so many times that it seem like destined as to meet) become friends instantly and after chit chatting we took him to club with us. 
And I must say he perfect fit in our gang. Beautiful ways of life!

Only bad thing was losing my favorite ring...
Note to myself: when you plan to party hard don't wear your favorite jewelry! What?
One of the advantages of returning home late (or early...depending on the point of view :D) is the possibility to see something absolutely gorgeous.

Can you blame me for wanting to spend  Sunday in bed? :)
Family lunch. Coffee. Cake. TV. Napping.
But it didn't last long. My friend (blond in black) got news that she graduated so we were so happy that we had to celebrate it.... Ah, what can I say... It was one long and happy weekend for me :)

Courting

What happened with courtship?

You know that good old one on one, face to face, girl and boy talk.

I saw this movie (just to be clear the movie takes place in rural 1800s England. ) that really start me thinking about that and those times.

Times when boy and girl for the first time saw each other... Maybe even like each other from the first view.... Meet... Talk... And more talk... Than walk out together... Keep each other company...
And call each other FRIENDS before anything else.

And today...

Seems like we replace face to face talk with texting, tweeting, emailing....
I don't know is it just mine experiences or people (better said MAN) have more courage when they use modern technology than when they talk to you face to face. Like you are texting with one person and than when you get face to face with that person it's someone else.. What is that? Or is this just happening to me?!

Oh, it would be nice to talk to someone.... without modern technology... without that dumb rules....
Just talk...about everything and anything!

Ah, call me old fashioned and poor romantic soul but sometimes (this) girl just needs to talk!

Wanna be a FASHION blogger?!

This days seems like all world wants to be fashion blogger. If somebody is asking for my opinion...I must say...

First. This is my open letter to all wanna be fashion blogger, or better said to people who take photos of their outfits and publish them on their own web space.

Second. (In my mind) You are not fashion blogger if you just take photos of your outfits. Being FASHION blogger hasn't (or it shouldn't have) anything to do with labels that you wear. If you are wearing D&G, PRADA, DKNY...etc. it doesn't mean that you are fashionable, it just mean that you have money. And fashion (if you ask me) is all about style NOT money! Yes, I admit having money can buy you personal stylist, and fabulous outfits, but it can buy you a personal style.

Third. If you wanna become a real fashion blogger you must work on your own personal style. Copying somebody other style is pretty dumb!

Fourth. All this bla, bla talk is coming from where???
Ah... I was lookin trough the blogger world to maybe find somebody new and interesting to follow, and i find her... Cute girl, wearing a cute dress with fabulous shoes... I'm looking and thinking this looks interesting and that from nowhere.... zoomed shot of hers feet....fingers...in thous fab shoes.... her nail... (like one month old) chipped nail polisher! And that image was so gross that I couldn't belive my eyes what I am seeing!

 Some of you are probably thinking what is she making all fuss about it, it happens to all of us. And I agree with that, it does. But do you publish that so everyone can see?! Well, I don't!
Yes, it happens to me (and I'm sure in future it will too) but I am embarrassed by it, and I put my hands in pockets so nobody can see it!

Did she really put a nice dress, fab shoes, put makeup on, perfume, and go out with chipped nail polisher?
Really?

When did having  chipped nail polisher become fashionable? Who is that actress/ singer/ model...etc. that went to the public place and where shooted by paparazzi and her 'didn't have time/ I'm too lazy to care about myself ' become trendy? Who is she? Or better one WHY?

If you tip 'chipped nail polisher' on Google you'll get a thousand of such pics publish by girls/bloggers ?
Seeing that I have the impression that I live on MARS!

If someone is... Let say wearing dress from meat (wait? this already happened?right?) do we all need to wear it just because some famous person did? Let me tell you if that was some ordinary girl you would said she is crazy!

What happened with style?
Call me old fashion gal but I crave for times when Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn were fashion icons. I crave for the times when less was more. For the times when natural look, red lipstick, little bit of makeup, smile on face and simple femininity was only thing needed to be beautiful!

I know that time passed. I know we live in time where over tanning,  to much makeup, dressing like a stripper and apparently chipped nail polisher is (i quote ) trendy ????
I know I can't change that.

But let me just say you this. You need just few minutes to remove your nail polisher!
Don't be lazy!

Sweet September

And here it is September!

 Time to slowly start packing our summer clothes, to say hello to our forgotten warmer clothing to enjoy in colors of fall to eat delicious food ....ah. Yes, there is something sweet about September!
 But when I say September one thing that especially pops up is season premiere :)
Oh, there is nothing more interesting than watching your (mine) favorite TV show on boring rainy day. Ah :)
You TV lovers understand me!
(I hope :D )

And this September brings....

  The fifth season of Gossip Girl premieres September 26! Yay! Be sure to remember this date :)) How not to be excited when end of season four left so many open questions...
Is Blair pregnant ? What will happen with Dan's book ? And Serena? Chuck and Blair ...? Dan and Blair...?Is Georgina coming back? And what about Charlie?
Oh, so many questions :) From the pics from shooting it looks promising :) 

 House wouldn't be House if he (but in this case is mean people at FOX) would not torture us to wait until October for season premiere! I know October is not September but House is House :) And how not to love House? :)) Tell me?
Man last episode was totally crazy! House in its full glory. I can't wait to see what will happen next.
I heard gossips that this will be the last season! Oh, hope not!
But let's not think on bad thing, when season premier soon will knock at our doors. And with end of last season, leaving of Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy), new people on the show, House crazier than ever.... It can't be boring! So until....September ah October here is little preview :)

 And this season I'm looking foreword watching two new shows.
First one is Ringer with Sarah Michelle Gellar. In short a young woman on the run from the mob poses as her wealthy twin sister to try and evade them, but soon discovers that her sister has a price on her head as well. To me sounds interesting! :)))

And the second one is Hart of Dixie with Rachel Bilson.
Fast-talking New Yorker and brand new doctor Zoe Hart has it all figured out – after graduating top of her class from medical school, she’ll follow in her father’s footsteps and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon. But when her dreams fall apart, Zoe decides to accept an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work with him at his small practice in Bluebell, Alabama....etc. (for more click here)

Can I just say that I would LOVED to have that good looking doctor! Really if all doctors would look like Rachel Bilson everyone would be so much happier! Agree? And did you noticed her shoes on photo below? Ah, one very sexy shoes :) 

But let's get back to show.  I'm thinking this might be that kind of show perfect for rainy days to keep you warm. But we will see :)

All in all pretty interesting start of fall. So that would be all from me.  :)
I'm still enjoying in summer. Sun, summer clothes, ice cream, fruits, summer breeze...people who I love...my pets....  It's keeping me so happy :) Ah it's hard to let it go.
